With just 1, fiber-packed half cup serving, oatmeal makes you feel full longer so you are not craving a little something extra soon after breakfast. Plus, it’s low in fat, so it’s heart- healthy and a great way to start your morning!

Cinnamon Brown Sugar Oatmeal
Serves: 2 – ½ cup servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- In a microwave- safe bowl, combine oats and water. Place in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
- Add brown sugar and cinnamon to cooked oatmeal. Stir thoroughly to make an even mixture.
- Enjoy!!
