Easy Strawberry Parfait
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh strawberries
- 2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 6 tbsp plain oats
Directions
- Wash strawberries and slice them into quarters..
- Add ¼ of the strawberries to four separate glasses.
- Amongst the four glasses, divide 1 cup of yogurt and 3 tbsp oats, and pour over the strawberries.
- Repeat with remaining berries and additional 1 cup yogurt and 3 tbsp oats. Use the remaining sliced berries to top each glass off.
