Banana-Coco Sunrise Juice

After waking up dehydrated as we all do, this Sunrise Juice is the ideal way to start your day as the water and potassium combination helps to restore fluid balance in the body and rehydrate you.  Say hello to waking up and feeling refreshed as you flood your body with fluid, nutrients and electrolytes.  You’ll wish you felt this invigorated every morning. Banana-Coco Sunrise Juice

Serves 2

 

Ingredients:

1 banana, medium-sized (7″ to 7-7/8″ long), ripe

1 orange, peeled, sectioned and seeded
6 ounces coconut water

 

Directions

Simply blend the banana and orange until smooth and creamy. Gently mix in the coconut water. Divide into two glasses & enjoy!

*To make a more complete and satisfying breakfast, enjoy with a source of protein like a Greek yogurt or a hardboiled egg (we like Eggland’s Best  eggs because they are the ONLY egg that has the most nutrients like 4 X the vitamin D of other eggs and double the omega 3s) or with our Sunnyside Avocado Breakfast
