Ingredients
1 lb. fresh strawberries
2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
6 tbsp plain oats
Instructions
Wash strawberries and slice them into quarters..
Add ΒΌ of the strawberries to four separate glasses.
Amongst the four glasses, divide 1 cup of yogurt and 3 tbsp oats, and pour over the strawberries.
Repeat with remaining berries and additional 1 cup yogurt and 3 tbsp oats. Use the remaining sliced berries to top each glass off.
