Broccoli Slaw Pasta

Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cups of broccoli slaw
  • 1 medium orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups of red onion
  • ½ cup frozen green peas
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
Instructions
  1. Pour olive oil onto heated pan on stove and add onions and bell peppers
  2. Sauté for 5 minutes on medium heat
  3. Cook green peas in microwave according to package directions
  4. Add broccoli slaw to pan, constantly stirring
  5. Add butter to pan and stir
  6. Add garlic powder
  7. Continue stirring until slaw is soft (approximately 8 minutes)
  8. Add green peas and stir for 2-3 minutes
  9. Pour into bowl and top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
  10. Enjoy!
