Speedy Spiced Oatmeal Cookies
- 1 cup quick rolled oats
- 2 VERY ripe bananas
- ⅓ cup raisins (or dried blueberries or dried fruit of your choice)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place 1 Tbsp of mixture on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
