½ teaspoon Herbs de Provence (may substitute thyme)
One 15.5-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoons olive oil
⅛ tsp paprika
Sea salt (to taste)
⅛ teaspoon Sriracha sauce (optional)
Fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Combine the cottage cheese, vinegar, thyme, beans, salt, pepper and sriracha sauce (if using) in a food processor or blender.. Puree until smooth and make sure everything is combined evenly and smoothly. Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a medium size serving bowl and drizzle with the oil and paprika. Serve with pita chips or veggies and enjoy!!
