Squeeze the juice of ½ a whole lemon into each glass.
If using a juicer, juice apple and ginger, and add to the lemon juice. If you don’t have a juicer, use a high-powered blender to blend the apple and ginger. Add ¼ cup of water to make it easier to blend.
Top off the shot with a dash of turmeric and cayenne pepper. Start off with a small amount of cayenne so you can see how much “heat” you prefer.
Stir it all together, and sip away.
If shots aren’t your thing, you can always add a cup of water to dilute the mixture and drink it up that way. Cheers!
