A fresh and easy tomato salsa full of vitamins and nutrients. It's perfect with your favorite dipper!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 jalepeno, seeds removed, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Stir to combine, and enjoy!
  3. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
