Vanilla Pine-ana Strawberry Smoothie

We are always making new concoctions that take a minute to whip up–for our clients, for us and for you. Thanks for letting us know you loved our Skinny Smoothie , our Blueberry-Lemon Morning Detox Smoothie , our Kale Recharge and Detox Smoothie and our Detoxifying Green Tea Smoothie which work their magic ;)–you have no idea how much it makes our day when we hear from you!  You fire us up and inspire us to keep at it! 🙂 🙂 ) You’re the reason why we made this the other day and loved it! It’s got 7 grams of protein and only has 132 calories!

Skinny_Strawberry_Sunrise_Smoothie

 

Vanilla Pine-ana Strawberry Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 (8-ounce) container fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pineapple or another favorite frozen fruit
2 cups fresh strawberries
1 banana, coarsely chopped
½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger (optional)- We personally love the kick that ginger gives our smoothies!

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth and thoroughly blended.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

  3. Makes 2 servings
