Easy Crunchy Kale Chips
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove kale leaves from the thick stem and break into bite size pieces. Wash and dry kale and sprinkle with olive oil on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until edges are brown. Yum!
