Ingredients:
- 8 oz of low-fat or fat free milk
- 1 tablespoons of peanut butter
- ½ a banana
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup strawberries
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 scoop protein powder or ½ cup nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend.

*If you’re allergic to nuts you can leave out the nut butter or substitute for a nut-free alternative like sunflower butter or soy nut butter
