What do oranges, limes, and lemons all have in common?

They are all citrus fruits! OK, so you probably guessed that! But did you know that citrus fruits can protect our skin because they are a great source of Vitamin C, an antioxidant? Antioxidants help fend off the damage from environmental pollution that ages our skin and it helps to form collagen, which keeps our skin strong and elastic.

But what if you can’t eat a plain lemon? Don’t worry, we can’t either … TOO SOUR! But we use lemon to flavor almost everything! And you’ve gotta try this quick and easy citrus dressing that we whip up. It perfect on any salad, as a marinade, or tossed with whatever else we have around the kitchen!
