These macaroons are a delectable treat that can be made in less than 5 minutes. Each macaroon has 57 calories, 5 grams of fat and less than 2 grams of added sugar!
Makes 3 servings | Sugar Content per serving: 1.5 grams total sugar as sucrose, 1.5 grams added sugar
- 1/8 cup almond flour
- 1/8 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until well moistened. Form into balls and enjoy! Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
