As you know, we’re Veggie-obsessed—and really how can we not be after witnessing our clients (as well as ourselves) meet nearly every health and beauty goal they’ve dreamed of by eating more veggies!  And of course, that’s why our book  The Nutrition Twins’ Veggie Cure  was born!   There’s a specific vegetable for whatever your goal!  But more on that in our book.

Although we believe eating veggies is so much more than eating them raw, we love ‘em raw too and know you often tell us you are tired of unhealthy veggie dips.  We hear ya! Look no further than our healthy yet delicious veggie dip.  It’s super quick and easy! At only 17.5 calories per serving, your waistline will love you—and so will any company you serve!

Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip

Makes 8 servings,  2 TBSP per serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ TSP lemon juice, if desired
  • 1 TBSP Basil
  • 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
  • 1 TSP black pepper

Directions:

Simply mix all ingredients together & enjoy! We recommend keeping the dip in the refrigerator until your guests arrive or until you are ready to go for it!

Nutritional Information

This entire dip recipe has only: 140 calories, 0g fat, 95mg sodium, 10g carbohydrates, and 24g protein! Plus, it contains 25% of your daily requirement for Calcium!

Per serving (2 TBSP): 17.5 calories, 0g fat, 12mg sodium, 1.25g carbohydrates and 3g protein.

We recommend using peppers, celery, cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli to dip!
