Homemade Baked Potato Chips Serves: 8 Nutrition Information per serving: 90 Calories, 0.5g fat, 0g saturated fat, 21g carbohydrate, 2g protein, 1g fiber, 6mg sodium
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of a variety of potatoes, washed (choose from sweet, purple, yellow, russet, anything you want!)
  • Extra virgin olive oil in a spray jar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Paprika to taste
  • Chili powder to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and slice potatoes VERY THIN! Spray olive oil on 4 baking sheets and rub garlic over sheets; heat in oven for about 5 minutes. Remove from oven, and place cut potatoes on sheet. Spritz potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with, pepper, paprika, and chili powder. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove sheets, flip potatoes, and back for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Voila! Potatolicious Chips!
