Herbed Fruit Flusher

- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup mango
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup pineapple
- a sprig of mint
- Water
- Ice
- Place a sprig of mint In a large bowl, use the handle of a wooden spoon to press and twist and bruise leaves to release flavor.
- Add all fruit to large bowl and press and twist with handle of wooden spoon, just enough to release some of the juices.
- Fill a jar or pitcher with ice cubes. Add herb and fruit mixture to jar or pitcher. Add enough water to fill jar or pitcher to the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
