Skinny Strawberry Sunrise Smoothie

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • Handful spinach (about ΒΌ cup)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or 1 packet of stevia
