Combine oregano, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and Dannon Oikos nonfat yogurt in a bowl, then marinate chicken in the mixture.
Put one piece of chicken on each 3 inch skewer.
Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray and place skewers spread out ½ inch apart on the pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning over halfway, until golden brown.
Serve with Feta Herb Yogurt Dip and enjoy!
