Skinny Tea Lemonade

We like to drink this tea warm as we enjoy it this way the most-- plus it's helps to pacify and control appetite by taking the edge off hunger. This Skinny Tea Lemonade is packed with nutrients and is only 15 Calories, enjoy!
  • • 10 oz hot water
  • • 1 green tea teabag
  • • juice of one large lemon
  • • 1 teaspoon zest from lemon
  • • 1 teaspoon honey
  1. Pour boiling water in a large tea cup and let tea steep for about 3 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bag, but squeeze it on the edge of the cup to drain it and keep all the good nutrients in your cup.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and honey.
  4. Once tea cooled a bit, stir in the lemon zest.
