1 banana
½ pear
½ cup mixed berries, frozen
¾ cup skim milk
⅓ cup carrot juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cinnamon
½ cup ice
½ cup nonfat Greek Yogurt, Raspberry
Instructions
Simply add the ingredients into a blender and blender until smooth. Pour the “milkshake” into three glasses and enjoy!
