Cinnamon Fruit “Milkshake”

  • 1 banana
  • ½ pear
  • ½ cup mixed berries, frozen
  • ¾ cup skim milk
  • ⅓ cup carrot juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup nonfat Greek Yogurt, Raspberry
  1. Simply add the ingredients into a blender and blender until smooth. Pour the “milkshake” into three glasses and enjoy!
