Ingredients
  • 1 cup mixed leafy greens
  • 1 medium roma tomato
  • ΒΌ cup shredded carrots
  • ⅙ cup corn
  • 2oz fresh mozzarella chunks
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Lemon juice, fresh squeezed, optional
Instructions
  1. Simply add the lettuce to the bowl. Top with veggies and cheese. Evenly pour the vinegar over your delish salad and squeeze the juice from a lemon over it if you are using, and enjoy!
