Broccoli Slaw Pasta

Serves: 3
- 2 ½ cups of broccoli slaw
- 1 medium orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups of red onion
- ½ cup frozen green peas
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- Pour olive oil onto heated pan on stove and add onions and bell peppers
- Sauté for 5 minutes on medium heat
- Cook green peas in microwave according to package directions
- Add broccoli slaw to pan, constantly stirring
- Add butter to pan and stir
- Add garlic powder
- Continue stirring until slaw is soft (approximately 8 minutes)
- Add green peas and stir for 2-3 minutes
- Pour into bowl and top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
- Enjoy!
