Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding

- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree (canned pumpkin, works just fine!--not pumpkin pie mix)
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon to taste
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, stirring to combine.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- The pudding will be thick, creamy, and ready to enjoy!
