Caramelized Cauliflower with Olive Oil and Lemon Juice

Ingredients
6 cups small cauliflower florets
1-1/2 tbsp olive oil
Olive oil in a spray container
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
¼ tsp turmeric (optional)
1-1/2 tbsp grated parmesan
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place cauliflower on a large baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over in and mix cauliflower. Then spritz the cauliflower with oil in a spray container to lightly cover.
Season the cauliflower with the garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and turmeric, if using.
Roast in oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally or until cauliflower are lightly browned and look caramelized.
Remove from oven and sprinkle parmesan on top.
