Choco-nilla Oats N’ Quinoa Swirl

- ⅛ cup uncooked quinoa
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup chocolate or vanilla soymilk (whichever you prefer)
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl and allow to sit in the fridge overnight (covered for best results).
