  • 4 ounces cooked broccoli and carrots (we use frozen veggies cooked in the microwave and cooled)
  • ½ cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • ¼ banana
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ⅓ cup ice
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
