These Brussels sprouts burst with sweet, roasted flavors and they’re really brought to life with the creamy Dannon® OIKOS® Greek yogurt drizzle. We suggest eating it as we do– as a side with any meal or as a scrumptious snack before heading out to dinner events and cocktail parties to help prevent us from arriving feeling ravenous! We often cook up an extra batch so that we have leftovers for the latter.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Caramelized Onion and Yogurt Drizzle

Cook Time 30-40 Minutes
Yields 6 servings
Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
Olive oil in a spray jar
Kosher Salt and cracked pepper
1 sweet onion, diced
1 cup Dannon® Oikos® Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1-2 Tbs chopped parsley
Directions
Pre-heat oven 400 degrees F.
In a bowl combine sprouts, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper and toss well to coat. Transfer to a sheet pan and spritz with olive oil in spray jar and then roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and caramelized.
In sauté pan heat remaining oil, Sauté onion 18- 20 minutes on a medium heat until golden. Add paprika and sit to bend. Cool mixture slightly. Add yogurt and parsley to onions.
