Comfort Food Reinvented Apple Pie

Skinny White Bean Dip
Serves: 10
Ingredients
2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
1-1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (Read more about this ACV here and how it may help to give you a slight edge to control your weight)
1/2 teaspoon Herbs de Provence (may substitute thyme)
One 15.5-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/8 tsp paprika
Sea salt (to taste)
1/8 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (optional)
Fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Combine the cottage cheese, vinegar, thyme, beans, salt, pepper and sriracha sauce (if using) in a food processor or blender.Puree until smooth and make sure everything is combined evenly and smoothly. Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a medium size serving bowl and drizzle with the oil and paprika. Serve with pita chips or veggies and enjoy!!
