Lack of Focus? Eat Eggs

We’re the first to admit it—we occasionally have trouble focusing and our mind wanders. What’s a girl (or two) to do when she’s gotta focus? The answer….

Eat one egg daily. Eggs are packed with choline, a nutrient that boosts the brain’s ability to send commands to the rest of your body while maintaining the structure of your brain’s cell membranes. Choline helps to boost the memory center in your brain. Eggs are also filled with protein that will provide you a longer lasting boost of energy to boot!

How do you eat your eggs? In an omelet? Sunny side up? Hard boiled?
